The founder and board for Anastasis, a small but mighty school in metro Denver, came to us for help on strategic planning and communication strategies for growth.

IMPACT
We held up stakeholder feedback against market research to help Anastasis develop a three-year strategic plan. Considering the short but impressive history of the academy, we made near-term recommendations to stabilize the academy while recommending long-term key branding and engagement strategies. Our goal was to effectively establish the Anastasis brand and image as a voice and presence in the ongoing discussions around local, state, and national education reform by bringing community engagement to the center of their overall marketing and PR efforts. Anastasis will roll-out our recommendations in 2019.

That’s one way schools can be student-centered and community-minded.
